    Yipinnen CPS-TS Prefabricated Composite Membrane, intelligently combined;

Yipinnen CPS-TS Wet-Laid Waterproofing Membrane, enduring seal for longer effectiveness

  • Same material, one-piece sealing

Homogeneous materials include wet-applied membranes, pre-applied membranes, and exposed-type membranes, all achieving a single-piece seal. The Yipinnen CPS-TS waterproofing membrane, with consistent material properties, ensures compatibility, interconnected processes, and uniform standards for quality. It provides comprehensive sealing requirements for concrete waterproofing, avoiding the technical issues of incompatibility between two different products and eliminating the management conflicts of using three different products

Waterproofing with complete sealing, better with a single product solution

Sealing with the same material ensures compatibility, achieving lasting adhesion and comprehensive sealing; the skin-core structure of the thermally crosslinked polymer matrix enhances the performance, making the waterproof layer resistant to fatigue damage. The single-product capability ensures longer-lasting effectiveness in waterproofing applications.

Adaptable to various concrete structures, a single-product with multiple capabilities

The CPS-TS waterproofing membrane can be constructed using various methods and is adaptable to different parts of a structure; it is suitable for waterproofing projects such as underground, aboveground, and water tank constructions.

The CPS-TS waterproofing membrane bonds with cement concrete through a synergistic effect of physical interlocking and chemical reactions, creating an interface sealing layer that integrates with the main concrete structure, providing comprehensive sealing for concrete structures and eliminating persistent water leakage issues.

    Pre-applied composite waterproofing membrane

Dual reactions and double adhesion achieve the ultimate goal of pre-applied waterproofing

The "Yipinnen CPS-TS" reactive bonding type skin-core structure thermally crosslinked polymer matrix prefabricated composite waterproofing membrane (referred to as: Yipinnen CPS-TS prefabricated composite membrane) achieves the ultimate goal of prefabricated waterproofing through dual reactions and dual bonding. This membrane consists of two parts: a high polymer flexible sheet and a prefabricated protective combined layer. The high polymer sheet is prefabricated and installed, while the interface combined layer is field-manufactured and combined on site; the interface combined layer reacts and bonds with the high polymer sheet and also reacts and bonds with the subsequently poured concrete, ensuring that the waterproof layer is sealed and compatible with the structure

Sealing effectively, resisting cracking, and offering longer-lasting applications; waterproofing gains new value

The "Yipinnen CPS-TS" reactive bonding skin-core structured thermally crosslinked polymer matrix wet-laid waterproofing membrane (referred to as: Yipinnen CPS-TS wet-laid membrane) is known for its sealing capabilities, crack resistance, and long-lasting effectiveness, adding new value to waterproofing. This wet-laid membrane features cold construction for direct emission reduction, with a chemical reaction sealing bond that ensures true waterproofing. Its skin-core structure and thermally crosslinked polymer matrix enhance crack resistance and contribute to long-term waterproofing and ultimate carbon reduction

    Waterproofing Reflective Insulation System

The "Yipinnen CPS-TS" reactive bonding type skin-core structured thermally crosslinked polymer matrix exposed waterproofing membrane is a novel type of exposed waterproofing material that is applied on-site. After a certain process of constructing a rigid interface treatment layer, an exposed compatible reflective heat insulation paint layer is applied, integrating waterproofing, reflection, and heat insulation functions in one

  • CORE TECHNOLOGY

The skin-core structured thermally crosslinked polymer matrix is the "reinforcement" and "skeleton" of the Xi Niu Pi Yipinnen CPS-TS waterproofing membrane, developed by Freudenberg Performance Materials Group and Xi Niu Pi Waterproof Technology Co., Ltd. The base fabric has uniform skin layer thickness and consistent core diameter. The "skin" and "core" work together to bear and disperse stress, ensuring no separation, no cracking, and no breaking. This results in superior mechanical properties, more integrated spinning of the fabric, and better comprehensive application performance.

    APPLICATION ADVANTAGES

The membrane's superior mechanical properties, integrating the characteristics of various materials, provide optimal strength and ductility. Its excellent elongation and strength enable it to withstand various deformations without damage during engineering applications.

Under the premise of ensuring superior application performance, the membrane is designed to be thinner and more conformable, facilitating easier installation and application. Its excellent mechanical properties and dimensional stability ensure no voids, no bulging, no warping, and no cracking during engineering applications.

The base fabric is uniformly meshed through a spinning and thermal crosslinking process, ensuring complete impregnation with the adhesive compound. This prevents issues such as layer separation and mold due to the base fabric's inability to be fully encapsulated by the adhesive, avoiding water absorption, expansion, and degradation of the fabric.

    Wet-laid waterproofing membrane

Thermally cross-linked polymer felt with skin-core structure

The Yipinnen CPS-TS reactive bonding skin-core structured thermally crosslinked polymer matrix wet-laid waterproofing membrane (referred to as: Yipinnen CPS-TS wet-laid membrane) is composited from thermally crosslinked polymer matrix and CPS reactive adhesive through specialized equipment. It features a chemical reaction and physical interlocking bond with cement and cementitious materials, creating an interface sealing layer that forms a new type of waterproofing membrane with anti-seepage characteristics.

    Specifications:

The membrane thickness is available in two options: 1.5mm and 2.0mm, with other specifications negotiable between the supplier and the customer.

    Application Scope :

Used for waterproofing in new construction and renovation projects of buildings, municipal engineering, and industrial structures, such as basements, roofs, utility corridors, subways, tunnels, water tanks, etc.

    Construction Methodology :

For single-layer application, the wet-laid method is primarily used for construction: subgrade treatment → detail node sealing treatment and preparing cement slurry → laying the membrane → tamping and de-airing → curing the waterproof layer. For multi-layer applications, the first layer should ideally be applied using the wet-laid method, with subsequent layers of membranes applied using self-adhesive or wet-laid methods.
